: I agree with your viewpoint. Communication conveys several aspects of his

: I am sure you are an excellent, experienced professional and interviewer.
However, I hope he will be able to fix it by himself, and do look forward to
seeing his success in the future.
well, what you just said shows you are a better communicator than most.
IMHO, communications skill can be classified into 3 different level:
Level 1, folksy. The key is being fluent. no gross grammar error such "me
don't speak english", correct tone and rythem. Just like you normally would
use when in a party, chatting casual with friends.
Level 2, professional. The key is being precise. This is the level most
professionals here, physician and lawyers for example, are comfortable with.
and that is the level you should present during an interview. GET TO THE
POINT. like i pointed out several time to forum posters here. particularly
during an interview, time wasted without conveying a point is a negative
score. Interview is about THEM, not you. You have to demonstrate youself
subtly that YOU BELONG TO THEM.
Level 3, literatural. language skills employed by janournalist, artist are
beyond most of people's reach without few years of dedicated training. If
you happen to be skilled in this aspect, i'd suggest don't show off too much
during interview, again, interview is about THEM.
